Are the pieces handmade?

It depends on the piece! My digital artworks are 100% original, hand-drawn on an iPad without the use of any AI tools. I invest a lot of time into every illustration to ensure it stays true to my style. My acrylic paintings and physical pieces, on the other hand, are completely handmade. Each of those is a one-of-a-kind original that I put a lot of heart into.

Do the prints come framed?

Yes! All prints come professionally framed and are ready to hang straight out of the box. Every order is carefully and securely packaged to ensure both the artwork and the frame arrive in perfect condition.

What kind of paper do you use for your prints?

I use high-quality , heavy-weight paper (like 200g) for all my prints. This ensures the colors pop, the textures from the original linocuts or digital illustrations are preserved, and the artwork lasts for years.

Rturns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of original art, limited edition prints and made-to-order items, all sales are generally considered final.

At this time, AMOK ART does not offer returns or exchanges for:

Original artworks
Limited edition prints
Apparel made to order
Discounted or sale items

Please review product descriptions, sizes and details carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help resolve the issue quickly, include:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging

Each request is reviewed individually, and if approved, a replacement or refund may be offered when possible.

Lost Packages

AMOK ART is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is lost during transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in working with the shipping provider.

Refunds

Approved refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once production, packaging or shipping has begun, the order can no longer be canceled.
